WHAT can be returned?

Only faulty products or sealed products can be returned. We will exchange, replace or give a full refund for any faulty or damaged products.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Within a month of purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

To the store @ 428 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000

HOW do customers return items?

We need proof of purchase - either order #, invoice #, credit card receipt.

SHIPPING for returns?

Postage is not refundable.

CREDIT for returns?

We'll credit the card used for the intial purchase.
 

Instore return option?

You can return items to #3, Level 4, 428 George Street, Sydney NSW.

Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5:30pm and on Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm.

Packing materials?

No need to return the bubblewrap.
