A video chronicle of the Police's first world tour IN 1979/1980, the viewer is invited along with the band to explore Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, India, Egypt, France, Latin America, and finally end up in Los Angeles. The stage performances showcase the band playing with a frenzy and passion that would not be matched during their superstardom years.

Presented as a travelogue-style documentary, the film shows the band on and off stage as they explore the local culture and perform in front of fans on 6 continents. The show was previously available only on VHS and Laserdisc, and has had the visuals restored and the audio remixed and mastered for its first-ever release on DVD.
